CC Thomas, a writer with solutions...

I am a freelance writer with extensive expertise, both nationally and internationally, in various genres and formats of writing, including copywriting, blogging, articles, reviews of products, technical writing, writing for social media, web content, and other types of writing as dictated by individual clients. I have been particularly effective in meeting tight deadlines and providing copy that adheres to specific client needs. One of my biggest strengths is being able to transition amongst different types of writing in order to meet the needs of a diversity of clients. Much of my work has been done as a ghostwriter, in both the fiction and nonfiction genres.
My work has been published in magazines, newspapers, journals, and various web formats such as Trivago, MapQuest, Parachute, and World Atlas. I regularly write my own blog articles on two blogs, www.iknowfuntravel.blogspot.com and www.iknowgoodbooks.blogspot.com.
My experiences have led me to write fiction and nonfiction, in genres almost too lengthy to name. But, since I am a writer, I'll certainly give it a try.

Here's what I can write for you:
- academic lesson plans, units of work, curriculum maps, and assessments. My teaching experience has covered elementary through high school, with some undergraduate work, as well. I can submit lesson plans with personalized resources and plan entire units of study. I have worked with several state education departments, as well as schools, corporations, and school districts to provide lessons in the areas of English, language arts, and social studies. As a certified Reading Specialist, my lessons can focus on special needs students and English language learners, ensuring that every child has the opportunity for reading, writing, speaking, and listening success. I also have extensive experience writing for the international market, either with American English or British English skills, with a focus in writing, reading, social studies, and social skills.
- indexing: for books, textbooks, print, online, fiction, or nonfiction. My indexing speciality is with textbooks, both student- and teacher-based. I also specialise in academic works, those for university press and for general audiences. As a member of the American Society for Indexing, I bring experience and knowledge to projects and can turn a good book into a great book that can be used as a study guide and valuable resource.
- ghostwriting or partner-writing entire books, from start to finish, on almost any topic. If research is provided, so much the better. If not, that's also not a problem. My research skills and resources allow me to track down sources, academic and social, and turn the finished product into something that can be published, sold, and marketed for any type of need. My past works adorn libraries, gift shops, and bookstores nationwide.
- blogging, either entire sources or as a guest. As a regular blogger, I can do daily postings, or less frequent
- copywriting, for websites, catalogs, or inclusions in periodicals
- articles for magazines, newsletters, newspapers, and journals
- poetry, short stories, plays, monologues and more
- social media and web formats, for print or the virtual world
- Did I leave anything out?
- Seriously, the list is endless.
